My Story
CaMeSo Gardens brings together my love of good food, gardening, and community.
As a professionally trained chef, Johnson & Wales University graduate, and Master Gardener, I see more than a plant growing in a pot. I see what it can become at the table.
Having lived in Turkey, Jamaica, and the Deep South, I bring three culinary traditions to everything I grow and create: Caribbean | Mediterranean | Soul. Those influences inspired the name CaMeSo and continue to shape my garden-to-table approach.
Here in Lampasas, Texas, I grow vegetable and herb starts selected for flavor and our Central Texas growing conditions, and preserve the harvest through freeze-drying.
