Mustard Greens - Red Giant

A striking mustard green that brings both flavor and color to the garden. Red Giant develops broad reddish-purple to deep green leaves with contrasting veins and a lively mustard bite. Its bold, peppery flavor makes young leaves excellent in salads, while mature leaves are delicious sautéed, braised, or added to soups. It grows well in full sun to partial shade and also makes a beautiful ornamental edible.
