Mustard Greens - Southern Giant

The classic Southern mustard green, Southern Giant Curled produces large, bright-green, beautifully curled leaves with the distinctive peppery flavor mustard-green lovers expect. It thrives during the cool season and is well suited to garden beds and containers. Enjoy the young leaves in salads or allow them to mature for traditional Southern-style greens, braising, and sautéing. Harvest tender outer leaves for an ongoing supply.
